Individual Counselling (initial)
Online or in-person, this initial counselling session is designed to help explain the process of counselling, draw up a contract and begin assessing multiple domains of your life. This may help us to determine what your concerns/goals are for therapy. For some individuals, the time may also be used to process and explore thoughts or feelings. This first meeting is longer in duration due to time intensive process of gathering comprehensive information.

Counselling (subsequent)
Online or in-person, this following counselling session is generally used to begin exploring the working phase of therapy, where we either discuss or implement potential pathways for change or goal attainment. Depending on the initial session, we may continue collecting more information, to ascertain what the underlying goals for therapy are.

Yoga / Mindfulness Classes
Online or in-person, Selora Yoga classes are designed to increase your fitness, as well as develop a practice of mindfulness whilst you move. These classes can help to enhance focus, physical strength/flexibility, discipline, patience and self-compassion.

Therapeutic Support Groups
Support groups are tailored to assist you with specific concerns or challenges that you are facing, and help to increase a healthy sense of vulnerability by sharing with those who are experiencing similar to yourself. Support groups may be open (attend some sessions at your convenience), or closed (has a specified start and finish date, where you are encouraged to attend consistently).
